Welcome to the Salam Support Center

This support center incorporates Salam Corporate IT, Salam Stores IT Support and the Gate Mall Support.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Employees of the Salam Group should use their company email address and mail password to login to the system. Tenants of the Gate Mall should use your company email address to access the system.

The first time you raise a ticket, you may receive a validation email to verify your account. Please click on the link to verify and activate your account.

Please note that for Salam Group employees, account requests raised from your personal email will be rejected. Please contact your company IT Coordinator to raise your issue on your behalf.

SIIL Helpdesk is manned between 8:00am and 5:00pm Sun-Thur
Outside these times urgent issues can be escalated to the IT Duty Tech
